“Scott Wilson is a pastor of pastors and a leader of leaders. Plus he’s one of my favorite people on the planet! You can’t be around Scott without learning and growing and being stretched to become a better leader—ready, set, grow!”

Breaking 1000
This is for you if...
You’re carrying a lot of responsibility with limited help, and the weight of leadership is starting to show.
You’re navigating growth with mostly volunteers and a small team, and clarity feels hard to come by.
You’re working faithfully, but progress feels slower than you hoped.
You long to lead a healthy church without burning yourself out.
You sense the need for better systems, but you don’t have the margin or support to build them on your own.
