What makes this different from other church coaching programs?

Most programs focus on ideas. We focus on implementation for your entire team.

RSG combines a proven growth framework, practical systems and structure, real time coaching, and a mastermind community of pastors walking the same road. The tools are designed to strengthen your staff and key leaders, not just the lead pastor.

I am already overwhelmed. Will this just add more to my plate?

No. It will clarify your plate.

Many pastors are busy but not focused. We help you identify what is most important now, align your team, and remove what is not driving the mission forward. The goal is not more work. The goal is better systems so everything does not depend on you.

Is it month-to-month? Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. The Mastermind is month to month, and you can cancel at any time. If you are not finding value or feel it is not the right fit, you are not locked into a long term contract.

What if I have tried other programs and nothing worked?

That is common.

Most pastors do not struggle because they lack vision. They struggle because they lack structure and accountability. We walk with you through implementation, not just theory.

What kind of results can I realistically expect?

When are the coaching calls?
